Physical Therapy

Physical therapy involves a wide range of treatment modalities coupled with individualized therapeutic exercise programs to treat injuries, pain, and physical functioning. Through intensive multimodal treatment paired with functional exercise programs, physical therapy improves strength and dynamic range while reducing pain and inflammation. Our physical therapy assessments incorporate a whole-body functional diagnostic evaluation with biomechanical analysis, including a review of functional movement and range of motion, and lead to the creation of a personalized treatment plan. Our treatment methods include both traditional and cutting-edge practices such as manual therapy, ultrasound treatment, TENS stimulation massage, near-infrared light, and advanced Class IV PBM laser therapies. Physical therapy is a meaningful treatment option for a variety of diagnostic concerns including pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injury (e.g. radiculitis), pain syndromes (e.g. fibromyalgia), sports injuries, and migraines.
